About our prices All prices are in £ sterling. The prices are exclusive of delivery. You may pay by any major credit card (excluding American Express) or debit card. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. Accepting orders and security When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail (first e-mail) to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail (second e-mail) with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your payment on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method. Age Requirements To order a product there is a minimum age requirement of 16 years, by ordering you confirm you are of the required age. Delivery: FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50 Bargaincoffee.co.uk offers next working day delivery on all mainland UK orders placed before 2pm. (Provided that items are in stock and a payment method has been arranged for machines.) Our delivery charges are based on the total price of all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. Orders under £50 incur a delivery charge of £8.50 + VAT. All other orders above £50 are exclusive of any delivery charges. Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom unless you contact us by e-mail and request otherwise. Delivery must be to the address at which your credit or debit card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. We honour our delivery time of 24 hours, and we do everything we can to meet delivery times. However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. Additional charges will apply for Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Eire & the Scottish borders. These are clearly displayed on checkout and charges are dependent on the amount of goods ordered. If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order), you may return the product to us within 28 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Machines: If there is a fault with your machine (or other defect with your order), you may return the product to us within 28 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Machine Fault after more than 28 days: All of our machines are covered by a 12 month warranty. If your machine develops a fault after more than 28 days and during the warranty period, you may return it to our service department who will then repair or replace the machine.
